Welcome to the MAPP Network, a virtual community for individuals and organizations who are interested in using the Mobilizing for Action through Planning and Partnerships (MAPP) framework for community health improvement (CHI) to connect and learn. To join the MAPP Network, please follow

- MAPP Story Bank showcasing MAPP stories from the field
- CHI Webinar Warehouse offering recommended webinars on CHI topics from national partners, as well as NACCHO's MAPP 2.0 Asynchronous Training series
- MAPP Tool Repository featuring vetted and relevant tools to support MAPP implementation
- CHIP Member Exchange for MAPP communities to share their published community health improvement plans using MAPP
- CHIP Strategy Bank hosting example strategies that MAPP communities have included in their CHIP to address priorities across a spectrum of health outcomes and behaviors, social determinants of health, and systems of power, privilege and oppression, and
- Calendar of Events including virtual and in-person MAPP convenings from NACCHO
We encourage you to use this platform to seek out new ideas, share your experiences, ask and answer questions, and hone your skills as a MAPP practitioner. We ask that you respect this space and each other, honoring the many diverse perspectives needed to elevate and improve the field of CHI.
Our intent for the MAPP Network is to:
- Provide MAPP communities with tools and resources necessary to effectively implement CHI in accordance with the MAPP Foundational Principles
- Centralize CHI training and TA opportunities from NACCHO and partner organizations
- Increase expert and practitioner networking and exchange of best, promising, model, and innovative practices
