Million Hearts®’ Live to the Beat (LTTB) national campaign offers practical tools that help encourage communities to take small, achievable steps toward better heart health – including moving more, eating better, and quitting smoking. The campaign’s adaptable messages, readymade assets, and Community Ambassador network make it easy to strengthen chronic disease efforts, expand heart health outreach, and promote tobacco cessation in the Black community. In this session, participants will see how LTTB can be tailored to reach communities experiencing health disparities.
