    Join us for our next Hypertension & Cardiovascular Disease ECHO session!

    On Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 12:00–1:00 p.m. EST, Dr. Ravenell will discuss the Community-to-Clinic Linkage Implementation Program, an innovative approach to reducing hypertension among Black men by connecting trusted community spaces with clinical care. With more than 200 community-based sites and over 20,000 New Yorkers reached through his community-engaged research, Dr. Ravenell brings valuable insight into advancing health equity and improving cardiovascular health outcomes.

    Register and receive CEUs (CHES/MCHES/CPH/AMA PRA Category 1) for your participation.
