If you plan to attend the Symposium, you must register by June 20. 2023 through this link: https://virtualcommunities.naccho.org/hesymposium/registration. Please note that registration for the Symposium is separate from registration for NACCHO360.

Meeting Room
|
|
We will be meeting at the Sheraton Denver Downtown hotel, but we have not yet been assigned a meeting room. This information will be updated as soon as a room is assigned.
|
Meals
|
|
Breakfast and lunch will be provided. If you have any specific dietary needs, please indicate them on the registration form.
We also encourage you to stay hydrated! This can help avoid any negative effects from Denver's altitude and dry climate.

Lodging
|
|
All participants will receive lodging information directly from NACCHO as part of your scholarship for MACCHO360. If you have any questions, please contact the NACCHO conference planning team directly.
|
Attire
|
|
Please come as you are! Participants are welcome to choose the attire that allows for comfortable participation throughout the day. Please keep in mind that although it is summer, it may be cool in the meeting rooms.

Agenda
|
|
The symposium will open at 8 am with breakfast and time for informal networking. The formal program will begin at 9 am and conclude at 5 pm. Presentation Guidelines
|
| Each site is asked to make a brief presentation about their work to-date as part of this cohort. Guidelines for the presentation are included in the presentation templates, which are available here: https://virtualcommunities.naccho.org/hesymposium/resources. Participants are also welcome to share resources and sample materials from their work through the Symposium microsite. Please send completed presentations and any additional materials to heop@pretrial.org by June 30, 2023. |
