Travel Scholarship Reimbursement Instructions

NOTE: The information in this page is for travelers who have received a scholarship to attend the Wastewater Disease Surveillance Summit. 

Please follow the steps below to submit your travel reimbursement. We will also send instructions via email. The deadline to submit your reimbursement is July 30th, 2026. 

Step 1: Read NACCHO’s Travel Policy 

Step 2: Read the Travel Reimbursement Guide 

Step 3: Complete the Smartsheet Travel Reimbursement Form. You will use this form to submit the details of your expenses and upload receipts. Receipts are required for all expenses $25 or higher (except for per diem).

Step 4: Complete the WWM 2026 NACCHO 360 Pre-Conference Workshop Evaluation. Your feedback is valuable to us in improving future summits!
