Ramona “Mona” Poblete is a member of the PHIS team working across projects related to workforce, performance improvement, adaptive leaership, and health equity. Previously, she has acted as an Outbreak Investigator for COVID-19 at the Baltimore City Health Department in COVID-19 response and as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health working on projects related to maternal and child health measurement, national data dissemination, adverse childhood experiences, and more. Mona’s public health interests include focuses on community health and health equity, particularly utilizing community voice at the center of their health decisions and other interventions. She completed her B.S. at Loyola University Maryland and MPH at Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
