Public Health AmeriCorps Member Learning Network

Welcome, Public Health AmeriCorps members!

The Learning Network is a peer learning space that aims to connect Public Health AmeriCorps members across the country to develop their professional skills and network. We encourage you to use this space to connect with your colleagues, share your experiences, and ask questions!

Learning doesn’t stop with the completion of your AmeriCorps service. We hope this community serves as a space for Public Health AmeriCorps members to continue growing and learning. Your resilience, passion, and commitment to service are an inspiration and we hope you use this space to continue inspiring each other in service to American communities.

NACCHO staff will be moderating the community through July 31, 2025.

Community Etiquette

This is a professional space to help members build their networks and professional skills. To ensure the best experience for all members, we have established some basic guidelines.

  1. Do not share anything that you wish to remain confidential.
  2. Do not engage in personal attacks, post inflammatory language, or antagonize other community members.
  3. Do not post messages or images that are threatening, abusive, harassing, intimidating, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent, illegal, or unlawful.
  4. Do treat other members with respect and work to create a positive space.
  5. Do disagree with civility.
  6. Do not share someone’s private contact information without their explicit consent.
  7. Be openminded! We all come with different experience and perspectives that can challenge our own preconceived notions, help us grow, and help us understand each other and the world a little better.
  8. Do be a helping hand to your colleagues.
