The Vector Summit is FREE — there is no cost to register.

Free Account Required to Register
A free MyNACCHO account is required to complete your Vector Summit registration. When you click the link below you will be prompted to sign in or create an account. If you have registered for any other NACCHO events, you likely already have an account. You can use the "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot Username?" links on the login page if required. Registration for the summit is free.

Pre-Summit Workshops

The registration form linked above includes an option to register for Pre-Summit workshops, which include:

CDC Bottle Bioassay Workshop
Monday, April 15 from 9:00am-3:00pm. 

During this hands-on workshop led by the CDC’s Dr. Janet McAllister, participants will conduct a bottle bioassay from start to finish. The workshop will cover the definition of insecticide resistance and how it arises; types of resistance mechanisms; how to do the CDC bottle bioassay; how to interpret results; variations of the CDC bottle bioassay protocol to determine resistance mechanisms; and strategies for managing resistance.

CSTE Exploring the Core Components of a Comprehensive VBD Program
Monday, April 15 from 1:00pm-4:00pm

Through this workshop, participants will help identify key elements of comprehensive state and local vector-borne disease programs of varying sizes and vector-borne disease burden.

Participation is limited to 15 attendees, so register now to secure your spot!

  2. Click "Add Session" next to the Vector Summit 2019 listing.
  3. Click "Add Workshops."
  4. Select the workshop you would like to attend, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Add to Cart."
  5. Complete the checkout process. The workshops are free, and you will not be charged.
