I was wondering if anyone has found or knows of some resources for teaching/learning how to do a proper skin assessment in LTCF. I have found things on staging pressure ulcers and a lot around pressure ulcer prevention. I am looking for things on rashes, scabies, changes in skin that could cause skin breakdown (thereby a portal of entry) but are not necessarily pressure ulcers.
