Two toolkits, developed by Communities and Hospitals Advancing Maternity Practices (CHAMPS) includes helpful resources for hospitals implementing employee lactation support. It includes an implementation booklet, practical steps for implementing lactation support accomodations in the hospital setting and featurs a customizable sample policy.
