The meeting featured peer presentations from Tennessee and Nashville, who shared how their data governance structures are organized, including the state’s data governance advisory council. They also discussed approaches to managing data requests and collaboration between state and local partners, along with lessons learned, challenges encountered, and strategies that have supported successful governance efforts.

Following the presentations, we held a dedicated Q&A and discussion period that allowed participants to share insights and ask questions. We closed the session with final announcements and next steps.
