CDC is hoping to identify two LHD strategy pilot sites to share their experiences on conducting ICARs in LTC or a LHD who is working on educating nursing home staff about stewardship activities.
This highlight would be part of a proposed LHD Strategy Pilot webinar being planned for April 24th from 3:30-4:30 ET. We'd be looking for 5-10 minutes per highlight. Thank you for your consideration.
