Data Governance in Dept. of Public Healths(DOHs)

    Does anyone know of any data governance model within DOHs, including folks who are at the following:
    1. Planning stage - actively or passively thinking of instituting data governance in their organizational chart
    2. Implementation stage - data governance being implemented recently
    3. In the thick of it  - can share best practices and lesson learned
