NACCHO's November IPC LLN Call: Healthcare System Resiliency

When:  Nov 14, 2024 from 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM (ET)
NACCHO is excited to announce Matt Stuckey, PhD, MPH from the Health Systems Strengthening, Resilience, and Training Branch within the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), will be joining NACCHO’s Infection Prevention and Control Living Learning Network (LLN) in November to share some of CDC’s healthcare system resiliency research. This webinar is best suited for those interested in healthcare systems resiliency and an introduction to high-level concepts and considerations.

What does resilience mean? What does it mean in the context of healthcare systems? How is it measured? What should healthcare system resiliency goals consider? These are some of the questions that this presentation will address. While this work remains in earlier phases of development, CDC has been coordinating with partners to bring clarity and understanding to this important topic.

A recording will be available for registrants after the webinar and there will be time for questions at the end of the presentation. To stay updated on the LLN and other opportunities, consider subscribing to NACCHO's Project Firstline newsletter via your MyNACCHO account.
