ChemPrep Connect is a dedicated virtual community designed to empower local health departments (LHDs) in preparing for and responding to chemical incidents. Chemical emergencies are rare but can have devastating effects, requiring immediate, coordinated action to protect public health. ChemPrep Connect offers LHD representatives a central hub to access a curated collection of evidence-based resources, tools, and guidance specifically for chemical preparedness.Through ChemPrep Connect, members can engage in meaningful discussions, seek peer advice, share best practices, and pose questions to a network of public health professionals who understand the unique demands of chemical incident planning.
