    Dr. Katrina Brantley, DrPH, MPH, Project Director, Georgia Community Engaged Alliance (CEAL), will share lessons learned in addressing both community-level strategies and family-based diabetes prevention, as well as the role a Community Coalition Board in addressing the social determinants of health.

     

    Makala Smith, MS, RDN, BC-ADM, CDCES, Grant Program Manager, OBGYN Research, Prisma Health Midlands, will share a case presentation exploring practical strategies and lessons learned from the SC MOMs program (South Carolina Management of Maternal Diabetes).
