    Join us on Thursday, January 29th, as we resume our Hypertension and Cardiovascular Disease Interdisciplinary ECHO Series.

    Benita Arokiaraj, MPH, Agner Munoz-Vazquez and Sydnie Fleming, MS, CHW will share updates on the Revised American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association 2025 Guidelines for Hypertension Management. The Constellation Regional Collaborative team will also share our focus areas for the upcoming ECHO sessions.
