What is everyone out there using for texting?  Getting smartphones for all that need to text would be costly and more overhead for managing than we would like.

We have had text messaging as a feature of our VoIP telephone service since Covid. We initially started with a company called Cytracom, which is a nationwide provider based in Texas, and then we switched to TrueVoIP, which is a local provider (in the KC metro area). We weren't as happy with that option, and we're now in the process of transitioning to Zoom Phone.
