NACCHO, with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion, will provide funding through the Pathways for Robust Equity in Preventative Actions and Response Efforts in Healthcare Settings (PREPARE) Project to strengthen LHD capacity in equitable outbreak prevention and response of healthcare-associated infections and antimicrobial resistance (HAI/AR) threats in healthcare settings.
Applications must be submitted by November 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM EST, and selections will occur on or around December 5, 2024. The project period will begin on December 17, 2024, and end on June 30, 2025.
