Hi everyone,
I am currently seeking resources on how to conduct a process evaluation of an infection control educational intervention. There would be the process evaluation of training our local health department staff on infection prevention concepts to determine what learning modalities are most effective and to demonstrate change in proficiency over time. Additionally, if our LHD staff were to develop a training program for LTCF staff what are the best evidence-based methods to evaluate this process?
Any insights that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
