Hi LHIT! Q1 has been a little intense, but I'm trying to book our next meeting -- looking at the week of March 18 (before I go to the Preparedness Summit) or the week of April 1 (after the Preparedness Summit). Do you have a preference?

Also, I jumped on a call with @Chris Collinge earlier this week. We want to use this next meeting to discuss data modernization efforts as that's what folks are working on at the moment.

Does anyone else have a project or topic that you would like to share during the meeting? Thanks all, there's lots to discuss, look forward to catching up with you.

Awesome, thanks @Jonathan Ong! Do you have any data modernization projects at your LHD that you'd be able to share at the meeting?

Also, asking the group -- does anyone else know of a data modernization project to share?

Not sure if this would count as a data modernization project, per se, but we migrated from a legacy file server to SharePoint Online last fall. The rollout went okay, I'd say, but I slowly learn from staff members that are still confused about where to find their files. Just had to explain to a new employee how to share a Word document with another employee so they could collaboratively edit a clinic protocol. I'd say the IT end of the project was the easy part compared to the employee readiness or employee development side of things.

That's a good one to highlight, for sure Charlie! I'd love it if you presented that project briefly in our next meeting -- it would be good to highlight the lessons learned. But I'd also probably classify that as more of an IT infrastructure modernization project.
