Request for Applications: Partnering for Vaccine Equity (PAVE)
With the support of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, NACCHO is pleased to offer a funding opportunity local and tribal health departments (LHD) to support LHDs in identifying and addressing inequities in influenza and COVID-19 vaccination coverage among racial and ethnic minority adults. Through this funding opportunity, NACCHO will award LHDs in the amount of $75,000 or $150,000 based on the scope of work chosen.
