This community is comprised of OT2103 grantees and will serve as a resource repository. Both grant recipients and NACCHO staff will be able to share information about various health equity topics and related content.
This is the library for the COVID-19 Health Equity Grant (OT2103) Recipients Special Interest Group
As part of a CDC-funded evaluation project, Seattle & King County offered to share resources about their COVID-19 economic, social, and overall health impacts dashboard with 2103 recipients
Strategy: Canvassing/Surveying Health Department, Agency, or Organization: Abilene Taylor County Public Health District Size of Jurisdiction: 100,000-499,999 Description: Community Health Workers go door-to-door in the various neighborhoods in Abilene, TX, performing surveys to get a good understanding of how community members have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal of this is to gather information to know how to address inequities found in the People of Color and LGBTQ+ communities. Links: N/A #COVID-19 #Survey
