Logistics

The meeting will begin at 8:30 AM on Tuesday, October 29th and end at 12 PM on Thursday, October 31st. Please book your travel accordingly.

Transportation from the St. Louis Lambert International Airport to the hotel is available via Taxi, RideShare, Light Rail (MetroLink) and Bus.

Flights should be booked using your NEHA grant funding or other funds.

Attendees will be staying at the Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis at the Arch located at 2 S 4th St, St. Louis, MO 63102. This is the same location where the meeting will be held.

Business casual attire is acceptable for this meeting. The average temperature for St. Louis in October ranges from a high of 67 to a low of 47 degrees Fahrenheit. The meeting room temperatures often fluctuate, dressing in layers is recommended.
