Join us on January 12th for the sixth session of the Chest/Breastfeeding Continuity of Care Blueprint series. This webinar will focus on family-centered lactation care, understanding the intersectionality of families served, and how social determinants of health impact an infant's feeding journey. Speakers include REACH LoWell Community Health Center and Thames Valley Community Action Agency who will discuss how to incorporate culturally responsive approaches in lactation support and strategies to address social determinant of health needs for families.
