Hello strategic skills collaborative!
Welcome to our first monthly discussion thread. The goals of these discussion are to focus in on one strategic skill each month, and give us all an opportunity to focus on learning opportunities and sharing resources. We hope you find these useful and are able to engage and share in the resources!
This month we are focusing on Systems and Strategic Thinking. To get us all on the same page, here is a definition of what Systems and Strategic Thinking is and what it means for public health: "A holistic and dynamic understanding of interrelated complex structures—such as public health and health care—as well as the ability to recognize those systems’ influences at multiple levels and use those insights to align resources to achieve goals." (de Beaumont Foundation)
