    Just a reminder that the next Cardiovascular Health Community of Practice (CoP) peer-learning call will take place on January 20 at 1:00 PM ET.

    This session will feature a spotlight presentation from the Alzheimer’s Association, focused on the connection between hypertension and Alzheimer’s disease, with an overview of evidence-based risk reduction strategies and practical tools for public health practice.
