This article describes an implementation of breastfeeding PSE changes, by CDC REACH Recipient Eastern Michigan University in partnership with former NACCHO grantee Wayne County Health Communities, in Hamtramck (WCHC) during NACCHO’s REACH Partners for Reducing Disparities in Breastfeeding through Continuity of Care grant project. The purpose of this article is to increase awareness about breastfeeding PSE implementation within a federally qualified health center serving families in a historically marginalized and underserved Asian American community, with a focus on Bangladeshi and Yemeni populations, through an academic-community partnership.
